Remember we are a small family bussiness not some giant conglomerate and we are not sitting on the other side of this screen waiting for your emails, we run a retail outlet and repair all matter of firearms, if a gunsmith is answering emails hes not fixing your gun or serving you in shop.

Anyone who has a website will tell you alot of the emails you get are either pointless or extremely time consuming.
some of these will not be answered, normal sales enquires , is this in stock , would you have this part, does the rifle have this feature or marking etc will get answers.
